Refund Policy

At AppTest, we are committed to ensuring fair outcomes for all App Owners. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued.

1. Eligibility for Refund

App Owners are eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • The required number of testers do not complete the testing campaign within the specified deadline.
  • The testing campaign could not be initiated due to a technical error on our platform.
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same app campaign.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The app was removed from the Google Play Store after payment but before campaign completion.
  • The app violates our Terms & Conditions or Google Play policies.
  • The campaign was completed by the required number of testers.
  • Partial completion — if at least the minimum required testers completed the campaign.
  • Change of mind after testers have been assigned.

3. Refund Process

  1. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the campaign deadline.
  2. Contact our support team at support@androidapplicationtester.com with your order details.
  3. Our team will review the request within 3 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where some testers completed the campaign but not all, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the number of incomplete tester slots, at our discretion.

5. Platform Fee

The one-time platform fee is non-refundable once a testing campaign has been activated and testers have been assigned, regardless of campaign outcome.

6. Razorpay Refunds

All refunds are processed through Razorpay. Refund timelines depend on your bank or card issuer and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account after we initiate the refund.

7. Tester Earnings

Tester wallet earnings are non-refundable once credited. Withdrawal requests are subject to our minimum withdrawal threshold and processing time.

  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay Order ID / Payment ID
  • Reason for refund request
