Welcome to AppTest. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on AppTest or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Description of Services
AppTest is a marketplace that connects Android app developers (App Owners) with real users (Testers) who test apps listed on the Google Play Store. App Owners pay for testing campaigns; Testers earn rewards for completing assigned tasks.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- AppTest reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
4. App Owner Obligations
- App Owners must submit genuine, legally compliant Android applications.
- Apps must be live on the Google Play Store at the time of submission.
- App Owners must not submit apps containing malware, illegal content, or content that violates Google Play policies.
- Payment is required before testing campaigns are activated.
5. Tester Obligations
- Testers must complete assigned tasks honestly and within the specified deadline.
- Testers must submit genuine screenshots and feedback — not fabricated or AI-generated content.
- Testers must use a real Android device (not an emulator) for testing.
- Fraudulent submissions will result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.
6. Payments & Fees
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Platform fees and per-tester fees are clearly displayed before payment.
- All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Tester earnings are credited to the in-app wallet upon campaign completion.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in any of the following:
- Submitting fake or plagiarised proofs of testing
- Attempting to manipulate the platform's review or rating system
- Reverse engineering or attempting to access restricted areas of the platform
- Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
8. Intellectual Property
All content on AppTest — including logos, designs, text, and software — is the intellectual property of AppTest and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
AppTest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Modifications to Terms
AppTest reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
